  August 16, 2022 - This is great. We had a Calcareous Tres Violet before this, which is one of my "go to" wines as it is always exceptional. We had lots of time left to relax and drink, so I came up with this after the Tres Violet. It just made the Tres Violet taste ordinary! This was just plain exceptional.

  January 10, 2022 - Just a delicious wine. As good as any Napa BDX blend, often better. Calcareous is by no means cheap, but their wines always deliver.

  August 21, 2021 - Calcareous makes wonderful wines! I rated this a 92 because it is better than most here in SLO County. Frankly, I have no yardstick after about a 92 or 93. Like, what wine would you give a 97 and not a 98? I wish, and hope, that I could taste the difference. But, as an old friend says, "It's good if you like it". And I like this wine very much!
