October 17, 2020 - Ruby fading to rosy-orange rim. Medium legs. Aromas are red fruit forward: raspberry, red currant, and cherry. Less distinct are cinnamon, stoniness/granite. Just a hint of roses. On the palate, eucalyptus emerges, cinnamon and stoniness strengthen. Light/medium body, linear texture, medium acidity. Blend of Corvina, Cabernet Sauvignon, Rodinella. The Cabernet clearly presents itself as a long finish, structure, backbone. This adds complexity and balance. Impression: well-composed red blend. At $27 with tax paid at the tasting room, QPR is below average. Still, I don't regret buying a second bottle to enjoy in a few years. Drink now or to 2022.

October 6, 2019 - So, my girl is roasting a boneless sirloin from our neighbor’s *goat* for dinner.
===>> Our go-to grapes for goat: Corvina and Rodinella, of course!
This blend also has some Cabernet Sauvignon for structure, and it works.
Put it in the fridge an hour before serving. Serve right after opening.

May 26, 2019 - Light, with a fresh fruit quality that’s quite good. A little too tart to be drunk without food.
Had a strange yeast ring inside the bottle neck, at the end of the cork. Did not affect the flavor, though. -

December 3, 2018 - Veneto red from Paso. Smokey red fruit on the nose, fresh, open for four days. Interesting. Would want to try again on day one. Some interesting thing going on here.

November 22, 2018 - Delicious, light fresh fruit. 54% Corvina, 28% Cabernet Sauvignon, 18% Rondella. Served this slightly chilled as a wonderful Thanksgiving aperitif.
