March 7, 2024 - La densité étonne, le jus est splendide, racé, d’un volume de grand cru. Bouche aussi large que longue, finale magique.

February 21, 2023 - PnP. Oddly my first note after 3 bottles. Maybe the others went down too quickly and I passed out before I could write a note? Because this one was right in the zone. Still young and primary, but very enjoyable and good weight. Should continue to develop with more time.

March 28, 2022 - Birthday Lunch with Angela (Arbor, Hong Kong http://www.arbor-hk.com/): A glass from the wine list at Arbor on my birthday lunch. Deep semi- translucent ruby. Nose is an immediate blast of lovely damp woodland undergrowth, really perfumed and hedonistic. Palate has tons of youthful, quite tannic structure even when matched with very rich Wagyu beef cheek and Pigeon. Needs patience but can only get better with 3-5 years more age. I really enjoyed this. An easy 91 for now.
