December 16, 2023 - Not sure of disgorge date. I have had the bottle three years. Deep pink hue. Intense bubbles and heady nose. Very rich and well-rounded.

August 15, 2023 - Lovely salmon pink in colour. Nose is a little mature, but still fresh. Palate is creamy and ripe with nice strawberry and apple flavours. Overall a very nice champagne but does not wow and not sure it will improve.

November 24, 2022 - Very nice sparkling wine for a Thanksgiving Day feast. It went well with our pre-meal foods and then with the turkey. Not a big wine but a very solid effort.
