March 5, 2021 - Very interesting aromatic flavour with beautiful effervescence. Pairing with fried chicken took some of the fruit/floral out and made a fantastic complement! Highly recommend as a pairing with fried foods

March 15, 2020 - A great value sparkler and easy enough to please a crowd. Very pale in colour. Peachy notes of muscat on the nose. Very fine mousse. Palate is like a fine peach cider (in a good way) with slightly bitter and cosmetic notes lingering. Well done.
