September 10, 2023 - 2017 Châteauneuf-du-Pape Cuvee Julien Barrot formally known as Signature. Made from mainly grenache (60 %) and some other grape varieties. It offers ripe black cherries, blackberries. some pepper and garrigue in the nose and mouth. Its silky, smooth and absolutely accessible at the moment. It has a lovely length and an intense end at the palate. Absolut recommended! And every year on my list.

    Cheers !

April 10, 2023 - Well balanced, nice fruit. Ready to drink but will probably improve further.

December 19, 2022 - Pretty classic and fairly elegant CNDP. Fairly ripe and full on the nose. Plenty of sweet Grenache fruit. The palate feels cooler and (on a very relative basis) leaner than some from the region. Still finishes a little sweet and heavy, but in the style it's a nice wine. Perfectly drinkable now.

February 18, 2022 - Decanted 1.5 hr. Medium red, long legs, fruit forward 👃 ripe blueberries, cherries, balanced with leather, mahogany, graphite, pepper. Very dry, full body, juicy, strong frontal tannins. Throat burning strong cherries. Good to enjoy now or wait little bit longer.
