December 8, 2023 - Probably the most Old World Syrah I've had from Washington. Akin to a thick Crozes-Hermitage that's made in the hot Western Washington desert. 14.8% ABV.

Didn't love it...a bit over the top for me. Nothing subtle about this wine. Even on day two, it hadn't mellowed out.
Not a bad wine but needs some substantial food to tame it down a bit. Not a sipper. -
