August 8, 2021 - Disgorged 2/2020 and 2018 wine used in this cuvee, but I couldn't find the dosage. It does seem a little sweet for a Brut. Not as dry as I'd like. But, delicious red fruit flavors that many will like. Fine mousse.
Guilty pleasure, or quality sparkling wine?? I feel seduced, more than intellectually satisfied. -

December 20, 2020 - Followed over two hours. Lovely salmon pink color with a fine and steady bead. Cantaloupe, peach, apple, and kiwi bouquet notes with an almost demi-sec level of sweetness. Supporting that is a real spine of acidity and a dash of earthen mineral. Good concentration and balance. I like it even better than the 2015 BdB from the same house and really wish I’d bought several more.
