April 4, 2022 - Its a Blanc de Noir with 30% reserve wines, aged for 2 years in oak barriques. Pale yellow colour. Rich and complex aroma of apricots, ripe apples, cherry blossom, toast, strawberry and honey hints. Palate has a complex profile with zesty fruity flavours, spices from oak barrels, bone dry pleasantly austere acidity. Mousse is fine with vinous base of low pressure. Extraordinary effort from admired champagne grower.

November 28, 2020 - Big pinot flavours yes, raspberry, peach, tangerine, but also such a clear influence of oak aging - buttered popcorn, vanilla and toast. With no dosage, freshness is retained and it is really good!
