July 3, 2023 - Lovely wine, lush dark fruit, blackberry, cassis, cherry, spice notes, long finish (drank blind with Le Macchiole Paleo 2016, also 100% Cab Franc, initially the group preferred the RdV for the lush fruit, Paleo opened and increased complexity over the next hour, both superb examples of Cab Franc

February 24, 2019 - Purple in the glass. Nose is distinctly RdV. It’s hard to describe, but if you drink enough of their wines it smells like Lost Mountain. Nose of blackberry, plum, earth, smoke. Smooth, balanced, amazingly balanced. Medium to full body, long finish. Silky smooth. Very enjoyable wine.

February 18, 2019 - Loved this wine, bigger than a Loire Cab Franc, but not overly extracted, wonderful complexity and elegance, cherry, blueberry, licorice, long finish
