October 21, 2022 - Very interesting effort, from a region I'd not had wine from. No wood barrels at all. Concrete! Lots of stems in the mix and you can tell, it's a bit vegetal, but also sort of meaty, and spicy. I was expecting something hard to drink at such a young age, but it's actually quite approachable, especially given ample air. Not sure about longer-term aging. But at least another 5 years for this.

Aromas of brett, iron, smoke, potting soil, meat, and subtle black fruits. Extremely savoury

October 12, 2019 - Clear deep ruby; clean pronounced nose of black pepper, black cherry gum, cassis and black licorice; dry; high acidity; high tannins; medium alcohol; medium plus body; pronounced flavour intensity; pfn; long finish; outstanding quality; drink now or in another 10 years; heavenly - intense fresh fruit overlaid with savory black pepper with structure to spare

May 24, 2019 - Exceptional wine. Could use a few years but tasting great now. Lots of fruit, pepper and dried meat on the nose. Wonderful tannins well integrated with dark fruit, white pepper, green pepper and slight red fruit. Decanting helps.
