April 12, 2024 - Splash decant. Deep, hazy, slightly faded magenta color. Raspberry, orange rind, caramelized onion, leather, and subtle blackberry. Dry, tart palate, with good acidity. Firm, medium intensity tannins on the long finish.
This is very unique, but not my style at all. May be going through a phase. -

May 30, 2020 - This is settling in nicely. Lots of dark cherry fruit, a touch of earthiness and nicely balanced with acid and a little spice on the finish. I let it breathe for a couple hours before serving - and it opened up nicely.

February 1, 2020 - Keplinger does very nice things with Grenache. Pineapple, cherry, slightly dry on finish with a hint of a spicy note—like a smidge of pepper. 2% Syrah smoothies everything and makes it just a tad bit more lush. Nice. From alban suitcase clone.
