Pale yellow color.
Mostly neutral nose, with very underripe nectarine.
~8g RS, 13% alcohol (actually 13.5%), medium plus acid, medium plus bitterness.
This seems textbook entry-level pinot gris. Aromatically it's pretty neutral - no botrytis, and very little peach / terpenes. -
