December 7, 2018 - Purchased at Fish & Game restaurant in Hudson New York and tasted with food.
Ruby garnet color. Nose offers some plum and cherry notes.
Good velvety mouthfeel with nice flavors of ripe cherries. Acidity is good and gives the wine lift. A bit simple and lacking in depth but enjoyable as a food-friendly wine that paired well with a variety of dishes.
