  March 16, 2023 - deep young red color, ponderous nose of dark fruits, black plum, a hint of game, on the palate mature with slightly exotic notes of blackberry and plum, exceptional depth and power despite its largely civilized presentation and on the middle it seems a bit closed and in need of just a bit more time in the cellar, fine finish with hints of chalk and cocoa on the back end, almost there, a wonderful wine- and a welcomely unique one.

  August 1, 2019 - To me this was stellar. Mature deep mountain fruit, spice, eucalyptus, mile leathers. Wonderful mouthfeel and acidity. It continues getting better and better in the glass, and maintained its edge into the third night. There is a classy elegance to it at this stage as well.
