March 5, 2019 - Blue fruit profile that reminds me slightly of Margaux Appellation with a high acid, high tannic grip that reminds me of a Barolo. A very interesting wine to drink but pretty taxing to drink this straight up. This is very much so a food wine and would do well with something that is creamy or fatty. I feel the wine can improve due to its high acid and tannins but I am not sure if there is enough fruit last as long.
