December 29, 2022 - Bold aromatics of baked pear, honeysuckle and some nuttiness. Delicious, but perhaps lacking a little acidity.

April 14, 2021 - Clear bright yellow/gold. Rich, intense nose of white flowers, apple juice, pear and cooked pineapple. Rich but dry flavours, mostly apple juice and pineapple and a dry rich textured finish.
