December 8, 2022 - For my palate this pushes past off-dry and right into sweet. So on the Thai food pairing, it didn't work for me. As a dessert wine? Absolutely. Judged through that lens, this is terrific. Silky body and nice acidity, with notes of pineapple, almond, and lime blossom. There's a bit of petrol that wells up at the front of the long finish, which ultimately settles into caramelized pineapple.

May 14, 2022 - Light medium gold color. Drank a small glass from the wine pairings. Wet wool, spices, baked apple, and baked peach, off dry. Good.

September 2, 2021 - As previously noted this sings with Thai food. I don’t know if it has the backbone for more aging but it’s great now. 90+
