April 25, 2024 - Purchased at the winery on release and stored at 55 degrees. Apple, honey and some warm spices on the nose. Ripe apple, honey tones and bright minerality on the palate. Nice balance but as others have noted less intense than expected. 92 points

May 7, 2023 - From a 375. Color of apple juice. Nose was a bit disjointed which had me concerned but this was so nice on the palate. Strong acidic backbone, yet some nice viscosity and plenty of sweetness (not Sauternes sweet, but definitely not off dry). Palate is well integrated with a lot going on - notes of tea, old antique store, quince and honeysuckle. Finish really lingers here.
In a good place, probably not going anywhere soon.1 person found this helpful Comment -

December 10, 2022 - Interesting - we PnP to have with dessert/cheese out of 375 ml, at cellar temperature.
First impression fairly acidic, characteristic chenin blanc, not very sweet. Almost would prefer with savory food. Over the brief course of drinking it did start to make a sweeter impression, although always with an acidic backbone.
It's much less sweet than a Sauternes ... and less obvious food pairings suggest themselves. But I would happily drink it as a less alcoholic nightcap (vs whisky etc).1 person found this helpful Comment -

August 27, 2022 - Popped several days ago. Notes from 5 days open. Last btl, and hasn't budged from previous note. Stunning and seems like it could age forever.

SoundinBetween Does not like this wine:
May 7, 2022 - Immediate and effusive nose of honeycomb, white flowers, and almond, this poured a medium gold with a hint of brown, almost rosegold in the glass. I did not care for the palate; attack was sweet, which rapidly transformed into a strange sour/bitter flavor almost reminiscent of vinegar which did not seem correct. Nothing especially positive on the finish, did not change markedly over 40 minutes open and everyone else thought this more appealing than I did.
