October 11, 2020 - Rare cuvée élevée 6 ans en fûts, sans ouillage et sans voile - Belle fraîcheur, arômes de sotolon, noix, superbe avec comté vieux et brie truffé. Ouvrir et servir directement, pas besoin d’une longue aération contrairement à vin jaune ou Chateau Chalon. Dernier verre dégusté 48 heures après avait une bouche plus grasse et puissante, se rapprochant d’un vin jaune… j’ai préféré le vin à son ouverture, sur la fraîcheur et fruité ! 94/100
