  September 10, 2023 - Classic ganevat. Needs an hour of air to get going. A big version of this wine but not out of balance. Best slightly cool.

  Mouth - honey, floral, lemon zest, impressive richness that is balanced by potent acidity on the finish. A bit of a ying-yang wine ( though I must admit Les vignes de mon pere was even richer) and another wine that reminds me of a lemon drop. Savignin/chardonnay blend.

  July 11, 2022 - I've had about three of these bottles and they overdeliver. The price has also gone up 3x in the last year. It may be a savagnin/chardonnay blend but it exhibits the ganevat alchemy that we love and adore. Golden apples, perfectly integrated alcohol...this is a singular producer miles ahead of every other jura vigneron.

  February 24, 2022 - Mag. Super good. Wonderful blend of the bright citrus of Chardonnay with the stony complexity of savagnin. Love these blends. Great now but should age well. Has the substance to work well with lots of dishes at the table.

  October 14, 2021 - My third bottle of this cuvee. In my opinion, a very underrated (and sadly, best priced) Ganevat from the domaine. Unfiltered, textured, tastes of apples and some peach notes...goes great with seafood.
