July 7, 2023 - {screwcap, 13.7%} Maturing, and less green than I remember. Still leafy and herbal, but not overtly green. Medium weight. There’s some dark currant, tomato leaf. Palate has medium dusty tannins, low/medium acidity. Finish is even, but a bit short. A decent enough second wine, and although this will keep I can’t see improvement.

February 4, 2023 - {screwcap, 13.7%} Herbal, dark curranty nose. Quite youthful still. Does tend a bit towards asparagus on the palate but there's plenty of real cabernet flavour here too. Low dusty tannins, minimal oak, medium/high acidity. Medium weight overall. Little bit of a mid-palate hole too. It's a decent second wine, if you don't pay more than about $35! It'll keep, but I always think the greener aspects become more pronounced with age.

May 11, 2022 - Young (very) and somewhat unyielding early. Tight dry fruits, grainy soft tannin, dark herbs. It's really trying to get going but needs at least another 5 years. Classy as expected.
