August 2, 2023 - A classic Roulot, lots of zing, very acid driven and lean. Lots of white flowers, crushed rock, lemon/lime and green apple and a hint of peach. Smoky, herbal and as usual rather bitter. Sure it's a nice drink and a good bourgogne blanc, but the style is too similar to a Westhofen Riesling trocken for me.
