December 29, 2018 - Sarnin-Berrux at Red & White (Chicago, IL): This was the wine I really didn't get from the lineup. Seemed to have a few odd chemical notes on the nose, and the palate, while really acidic, also had that slight waxy texture, as well as some of those slightly weird notes. This came off a little green and thin to me overall.
