May 23, 2022 - Pretty, pretty, pretty, pretty, pretty, pretty good. Aerated 1st. Drank with smoked skirt steak and grilled porterhouse. Light sediment. Dark color. Heavy flavor.

May 17, 2021 - Amazing Cab Franc, needed to sit about an hour but was fun to taste it immediately and then as it got more air.
The wine looks crimson colored. There is light sediment in the bottle. The body is full.
