December 23, 2023 - Dark red. Cherry, raspberry and oak. Maraschino, blackberry, sparkling acid and full bodied so that firm tannin is appropriate. Geez! Beautiful fruit and the shape of it is just coming around.

August 2, 2021 - Drank this a couple weeks ago... my memory is of dark fruit, concentration and structure to improve a few more years.

December 31, 2018 - This deep ruby Bordeaux blend was on steep discount at Co-op this week. It's a bold wine with aromas of soil, mushrooms, and smoke. Tannins were medium to high and were all in the front of the mouth. There was very little (and indiscernible) fruit on the palate. This was what I'd expect from a ten-year-old Bordeaux blend. I look forward to enjoying the other bottle I bought of this in a few years.
