May 25, 2023 - Color/App: medium-deep yellow with gold tinting; medium + viscosity. Not thrilled with the nose on PnP so I poured off a glass, stoppered it and put it back into the fridge for a day. Bouquet much better night number two showing butter and cream, meyer lemon, wet rocks and tropical citrus. Apple, butter, peaches and oak come through vividly on the full-bodied, round palate. I do think this shows some oxidation -- it could be a bit fresher and I would say it's hitting the back end of the drinking plateau. While it is big-boned and unappologetic, I would opt for enjoying these over the next couple of years as I don't think it will be getting any better than it is now.

November 30, 2022 - Weirdly tropical SweetTart candy flavors, cleaning fluid and pineapple-y nose with oxidative qualities too. I don't think it is flawed, just seems like a very weird wine. Not a wine you can pair with foods other than SweetTarts perhaps, or overripe pineapple. Overall, DNPIM. And Crazy heavy bottle makes no sense (pretending to be a trophy wine?), an environmental downgrading of a couple of points on that score.
Edit: Decided not to numerically rate this as I must have had an off bottle (but then again, the last two bottles were just as "off" and down the drain too)

August 11, 2022 - Very Good+. Enjoyed this over two nights. Ripe and textural, but not flabby. Ripe orchard fruits and tropical notes.

Also, I concur with what CLUBBER LANGHE said about the huge bottle and ridiculously deep punt. Silly.

April 24, 2022 - Yes, it's powerful for the grape, but not to any great effect. The peach/pineapple fruit that arose on nights 2 & 3 (the intro is just vague brawn & minerals) isn't particularly vivid, and the unusual length only vaults it to adequate culinary adaptogen. Even @$12, all these 90s look like grades on a verdejo curve
Also, 70s stoner carny coke bottles are only slightly sillier than this war club and its self parodistically deep punt. NEXT!!!

August 29, 2021 - As adequate match with gazpacho...
