Medium-light body, medium acid, XD, low tannin. Medium, minerally finish. Paired well with eggplant parm. Good for $16 CAD at the SAQ. Drink now.

October 24, 2019 - Fontanafredda Trade Tasting (Fullerton Hotel - Grand Cru Wine Concierge): Some good violet ruby tint. Big perfumed roses and bit of cinnamon on the nose. A good warmth, tannins, and fresh acids, as well as peppery, with cloves and nutmeg, and a bit of red cherries at the back. Has a bit of fritzy feel towards the finish
