  January 28, 2024 - The '17 Stromberg remains youthful and vibrant, with no real sign of development. On the nose, I found fruit-forward aromatics with white stone fruit and lime alongside fresh herbs such as mint and salty sea air. On the palate, the wine is medium in body, maybe lacking a bit of concentration, but with nice freshness and the beautiful combo of salinity and acidity that makes one crave these wines. The palate is quite mineral driven, with a bit of the white fruit found on the nose and lime, with the lime and salinity notes peaking on the finish.

  we had a few 2018s that day. I go clearly with 2017 vintage. It is cooler, tighter and more focussed. Very similar to Felseneck. 93
