Community Tasting Notes 1

May 31, 2020 - Organic. Stainless steel. Pale purple colour. Smell of herbs, red fruits and a little bit of barnyard. Red fruits taste with hints of herbs and green pepper. Low tannins, acidity with higher astringency. Fine medium cherry aftertaste.
