Community Tasting Notes 3

May 14, 2020 - nose: more merlot than Cabernet Sauvignon, simple; palette: oak, then fruit, more cabernet sauvignon than merlot with a light oaky background

May 10, 2019 - nose: very little; palette: medium fruit with a pleasant burnt oak finish, not much body or complexity

April 26, 2019 - Let it breath for at least 90 minutes! Tasting notes: plum, asparagus, rubber tire, mint, basil, beets, heavy oak. Some green vegetal characteristics. This wine is broadly available and very inexpensive but do NOT drink it until after it has been sufficiently decanted. This is NOT a pop-and-pour wine.
