Notes of citrus in the mid palate, a little grapefruit-y in the after taste. Doesnt quite hit the spot for me, but its not bad. Zero dosage is very apparent, too. Probably wouldnt buy again, but fun to have tried! -

Cracking acidity, creamy and still on the fresh side. I had a lot of 2008's in the last weeks but from Gimmonnet I would expect a bit more concentration and length. 92-93 -

January 13, 2023 - (Disgorged in October 2014, 100% Chardonnay from Cramant (33,5%), Chouilly (32,5%), Cuis (22%), Oger (10%) and Vertus (2%), dosage 0 gr/L)
Light yellow colour with a greenish hue still showing its youthfulness. Showing incipient maturity on the nose with a delicious roasted coffee and hazelnuts at first and opens up with a delicious butter and cream touch as it opens up in the glass. Yellow apples acidity and lime zest bitterness on the intense palate and with a distinct yellow plums bitterness on the lengthy finish showing lots of minerals and leaving a lovely saltiness on the lips. Such a delight and very refreshing and pleasant right now..
