April 19, 2024 - See Burgfest notes of Neal Martin and Jasper. All accurate. But still needing a lot of air. Decanted and left for an hour. But still needed two more hours to really shine. Then it had a beautiful nose of lemon and linen. And real weight which the acidity cuts through beautifully into a glorious finish.

March 9, 2024 - Medium lemon. Pronounced. Lemon curd. Peach. Ripe. White pepper. Wet stones. Cream. Oak, Vanilla, Complex. High acidity. 13,5% abv. Long and creamy finish. Outstanding.

October 10, 2021 - This was concentrated and a little tart at the beginning. Needed a lot of air before it was more approachable. Would prob need a lot more cellar time but good and has potential.
