December 31, 2023 - Medium nose intensity with notes of red fruits, strawberry, red cherry, toast, spices. Medium+ acidity and medium tannin.

December 20, 2023 - PnP. Natural cork. A ton of reduction, this should have been double decanted a couple of hours earlier. Unfortunately I thought 2017, should be fine, so we didn't open it until the main course was already served and it didn't get the time it deserved. But at the end of the night, it was showing quite nicely, good length and body and a pure, red fruit profile. Still a bit rustic and surprisingly dark and less open than most other 2017s. Needs a few more years at least.

February 3, 2023 - La Paulée de Singapour 2023: Nice red fruit, some touches of liquorice and spice. Decent acidity - this is still young but a good wine.

August 12, 2022 - Expressive nose with black cherries, a lot of spice, moccha and even cigar. Palate is all about purity and balance, energetic and precise, with the most lovely sweet fruit. A pretty long finish with fine tannins, but also fruit.
Amazing wine that just grows on you. Very Bonnes Mares, masculine and dark for pinot.
