November 19, 2022 - Waterford Wine Co. Burgundy Festival (Waterford Wine Co. - Milwaukee WI): Walk around tasting. Lemon and apple comes across as charming right now, with a bright, minerally finish. Very good now.

December 26, 2021 - Large bouquet of vanilla, butterscotch, smoke, and oak. citrusy butterscotch on the palate with an oaky backbone. A slight bitter lime note enters during the long finish. Great complexity in this good value burgundy.
