  March 15, 2022 - This is the poster child for where jammy bombs belong in the wine world. This is intense, concentrated, in your face and yet very enjoyable. The finish is like biting into a ripe, dark cherry with a burst of flavor like a time delayed explosion.

  Color is deep shimmering cherry. Beautiful. 5
  Nose is shy, but reads bright red cherries, pepper and orange zest. Wish there was more. 11
  Palate confirming nose. Typical plush Loring vinification. Balanced and tasty with unmistakable cola and orange present. 16
  Haven't tasted anything from Kessler-Haak fruit since 2019, so this was a welcome return. Very nice. 8

  May 11, 2019 - Retailer tasting. Ruby color. Cherry and earth notes. More depth on the palate, showing cherry, red berry fruit, earth and spice. Finishes with good length.

  April 4, 2019 - Delicate for Sta. Rita Hills, more so than in previous vintages. Cranberry and rose petals on the palate. Well balanced and smooth.
