February 6, 2022 - Toujours aussi bon, un peu plus complexe qu'il y a 1 an. Coing, miel, ananas, fleurs blanches, un peu de roche mouillé et citron qui s'ajoute au tout en bouche. On trouve de petites notes de champignons. Délicieux avec risotto aux petoncles.
