    December 20, 2020 - Wonderful.

Still vibrant fruit, now endowed with layer upon layer of complexity, warmth and spice, honeysuckle and quince, rich in flavor yet light on the tongue - tart, yet so, so light. Three days after opening, the wine was even more delicate, the tartness now softened, but the color (clear golden), the aroma (a perfume), and the taste (nectar) have left an indelible memory.

No doubt, there would have been many years of life, but I have no regrets opening it... only that I don't have another.

    Rated +3 on a scale of -1 to +3.
