May 27, 2022 - Just plain beautiful. A wonderfully balanced and complex wine that has some heft and can stand up to some dishes. The golden sheen to it lives up to the appearance and dances down the throat. Will hold the second bottle for a few years, super excited for that!

April 4, 2021 - Medium lemon in the glass. Super subtle nose compared to Silex - tropical fruit, some mild herbs and green apple. Not much on the palate except for green acid and restrained character. Needs at least 3-4 years in the bottle.
