November 27, 2019 - Flabby. Some salinity, which I did not expect.

April 6, 2019 - Light golden yellow with very nice legs. Light but lovely nose full of tropical fruit which follows through on the palate. Very good, clean chardonnay fruit with nice oak but no vanilla or malalactic heaviness. Nice white burgundy and good for sipping as well as paired with food. Enough acid to atand up to butter and cream sauces. Terrific with poultry, fish & shellfish.
