  September 25, 2022 - Aromas of dried leaves and potting soil, red plum and pomegranate, tobacco leaf, hint of baking spices. On the palate, more fruit forward than the nose, cranberry, sour cherry, with some allspice. Light bodied, well-integrated med minus tannins, medium acid, nicely soft texture, medium finish, pale ruby in color. Really lovely! Glad we waited a couple years to open.

  December 24, 2021 - Pale purple with Garnet hints, lot of thin legs.
  In nose herbaceous, smoky, Red fruits, dried leaves and potting soil.
  In mouth, cherry, raspberry, strawberry, some plums, and jam, tobacco, cedar, Cola,more dried leaves, mushroom, dry, medium plus acid, low tannins, medium body.

  September 6, 2020 - Westcott Vineyards Pinot Noir (Westcott Vineyards, Jordan, Ontario): 2016 Westcott Pinot Noir Estate was approachable, fruity and floral. The Niagara Pinot Noir was clear and medium ruby in colour, with aromas of bramble, dark cherry, violet, liqourice and thyme herbs. The mouthfeel was medium-bodied, with medium-high level of fresh acidity and medium level of chalky tannin. Flavours of bramble, shrubs and saline minerality accompanied the medium floral finish.

  July 31, 2020 - Blind, light ruby, slight brick rim, mostly cherries ending on a slightly bitter and short finish. Drink now.

  March 4, 2020 - À l'oeil, on dirait un Gamay. Au nez, tout est parfait, du fruit rouge, de la rose et une pointe de sucre d'orge. En bouche, on perçoit un petit manque de maturité. Fruit rouge simplement. Un peu mince à mon goût. Bonne longueur par contre. Pour 30$, je ne suis pas preneur. Peut être sur un prochain millésime.
