April 13, 2024 - The last bottle out of six - and the best one. Nine years ageing has soften the tannins, and now you have a very balanced wine with an elegant structure and finish. Leather, tobacco, sour cherry, rose petals, spice. Generic Barolo from a producer that strives for the red fruited and light weighted style. Paired with veal filet and grilled vegetables - damn good.

June 28, 2023 - Pale and almost transparent in colour. Echo the previous note that this was an airy and elegant wine, with a focus on freshness both on the nose and palate. Pure red cherry notes but had a little sourness on the finish that was distracting. Opened up nicely with air, good to go now.

March 30, 2023 - Transparent, light-coloured. It is not really complex but has an airy elegance and clarity that is most pleasing. Excellent now. Only 13.5 % ABV.

Largo y evocador.

February 10, 2022 - PnP. Light garnet. More fruit on nose than neb funk. Highly energetic palate with fruit, acid and tannin playing their parts well. Built for earlier (5+ yr) consumption at table with food. Really nice.
