August 7, 2021 - This is a very pleasant blend of six different grapes. Colder the better when sipping. Great balance to this and could be paired with many different dishes.

February 26, 2021 - I'll always have a soft spot in my heart for this wine. Straightforward Alsace bargain goodness. Peaches and lines on the nose, honey and tennis ball. Fresh and juicy with melon and lime fruit, notes of mineral and honeysuckle. Delicious with some Thai food.

December 5, 2020 - Bought on clearance. Slightly oily and silky. Moderately rich but only a small amount of residual sugar. Palette is very mild and subdued. The statement on the back regarding this bottle as a good introduction to Alsace is true. No benefit to holding longer.
