On a bien quelques arômes classiques au nez, comme les olives, les herbes provençales, la viande fumée mais ça reste discret.
En bouche, il y a de la fraîcheur et des tanins mais il manque l'équilibre.
La finale est aussi en dedans mais c'est une question de temps, à mon avis, avant qu'elle puis émerger.
Le caviste qui me l'a offerte m'a dit qu'elle goûtait déjà bien mais je pense qu'il faut lui donner au minimum 2 ans pour vraiment l'apprécier.1 person found this helpful Comment -

February 23, 2021 - The smoky, peppery, spicy, leafy, herbal, red fruits on the nose start the wine off nicely. Medium-bodied, bright, polished, lifted red fruits are found on the palate and in the finish. The finish is a bit short, else the wine would deserve a better score.

December 18, 2020 - Fine Wine Service Sweden tasting the portfolio (@six hotel): Very modern style cote rotie with luxurious new oak but also fine and fresh. Some all spice, licorice, violets, hoisin sauce, meat. So much more modern and more generous than the Cauyuse. Recommended.
