  May 8, 2021 - Chilled, opened and enjoyed over two nights. Classic SB nose of crystaline quince, pure spring water, fresh cut lawn and goosberry. On the palate, not quite as vibrant or showy, with restrained fruit and a steely veneer over the acidity. Very nice, but hoped for a little more electricity in the fruit/sweetness department.

  May 6, 2021 - An interesting SB. Slightly different from what I expected. There is light dry grass, burgeoning on hay, nose with difficult to locate sweet aromatics. In mouth the wine is richer with medium acidity with an acceptably receptive mouthfeel.
  
  To me a pleasant mouthfeel and Sauvignon Blanc don't always correlate as I find that combo difficult to achieve and only in the best wines is this achieved. That said Turley has done a decent job here. My only complaint is that the wine is flat on fruit.

  December 24, 2020 - Nice bright acidity with citrus flavors that paired perfectly with our lobster and mussels.

  November 5, 2020 - Tasted at wine tasting—not typical sav blanc, more oak and no grass or herbal notes. But quite good.
