August 30, 2011 - Excellent fruit and good acidity. This wine can age at least another 1-2 years although it is drinking beautifully right now.

February 15, 2010 - had this with vanilla/saffron couscous with shrimp. When first opened, a little oaky (I mourn the passing of the first Flowers chardonnays I first had, light, floral, fruity; so sad). Once the food was served, the oak seemed to have burned off. Paired wonderfully with the meal. The last bottle I could find.

December 11, 2009 - light golden color with a nose of lemons, pineapple and a bit of oak...the wine has good fruit and crisp acidity that paired well with our dinner of oven baked chicken and noodle coogle prepared by my mother-in-law (at least she is good for something). The only letdown is that the finish is a bit tart and a little shorter than some of the other top sonoma coast chardonnays.

June 26, 2009 - Although this bottle is noted as opened on June 23, 2009, it was actually opened June 26, 2009, with Andrea and Carol the night before Snitz's 60th birthday party. Great lemon and citrus notes. Golden in color with almond, caramel and lemon on the palate. Powerful wine with a lingering finish.
