August 29, 2022 - 100% Schiava. Awarded FAIR'N GREEN’s Certificate for Sustainable Viticulture. Biodynamic farming. Grapes harvested by hand. Small vineyard plots. Produced in co-op system. Beautiful light ruby color. Bright and lush red fruit flavors, ripe berries, cherries. Smooth texture. High quality, delightful!

February 28, 2021 - Bright, med (-) garnet. Med aromas of fresh herbs, cranberries, tart red cherries and crushed gravel. Aged six months in concrete and neutral casks. Dry, with some sweet fruit, med acidity, med (-), stemmy, tannins and med. alcohol (13%). Tart, crisp and light-bodied, with med flavor intensity, complexity and length, with some licorice on the finish. Somewhat reminiscent of a Beaujolais, this is one of those wines where less is more. Best served as an aperitif, with seafood, white meats with aromatic herbs, fatty salumi and cheeses. Drink in the short terms, it is not likely to improve with further aging.

Belle fraicheur ici, des fraises et
un peu de menthol. Pas long mais sans accroc.

PNP. Light to medium bodied. Raspberry, black raspberry. Fruity, simple, light, but with a ever subtle grip and very limited alcoholic burn.
