April 9, 2024 - At holiday end 4,5 years ago, I bought this bottle at Pierre Ussiglio’s winery during a hit and run visit (still 1150 km’s to go). It was not easy to get through the Chateaneuf village because the folks were celebrating the ‘Veraison’. But I was happy to get some bottles, including these whites, knowing that these are not easy to get. It seems be now at it’s peak. Not complex, but fresh fruity, flowers, almonds and a lot of drinking pleasure.

September 26, 2019 - Un peu déçu, pas eu d’émotion, je l’ai trouvé plat; passé l’attaque,ronde, son coté plutôt digeste, il ne se passe pas grand chose; fenouil, badiane, salin, mais tout en discretion.

August 1, 2019 - Southern Rhône trip with Rainer. Tasted at the Domaine, with Gregory Usseglio. A blend of 70% Clairette, 25% Grenache Blanc and 5% Bourboulenc. White peach and pleasant herbal notes as well as a touch of spice. Well-balanced. Not the most complex wine at the its current stage, but promising. Patience will be required. Hold.
