Community Tasting Notes 9

August 2, 2023 - Wasn't sure what to expect with this one, but it was a nicely medium bodied and balanced style. Earthy complexity to go along with the ample fruit. Very enjoyable.

October 27, 2022 - Haven’t found consitency in the case I have. This is bottle 4 and it has variations from all previous. This bottle has decent Nose of spice and red fruits. Palate leads to vanilla fruit explosion that leads to smoked meat with soft to medium tannins that linger on the finish.

November 13, 2021 - Drinking well. The fruit presented riper and less tart this time. Still sufficient acidity and grip.
