February 26, 2021 - Big bodied but well balanced with high acidity. Deep mineral and lemon layers. Will probably be good for a lot of years ahead.

September 30, 2019 - Attractive reduction, bracing acidity. It's interesting but won't be mistaken for top Burg.

September 3, 2019 - Retasted after two weeks under argon gaz. Nice natural nose of yeast, fireworks, rhubarb, lime. Mouth explosing in pieces of pebbles stones, lemon crushed with granite, souvereign acidity. A demonstration of youthness. Rustling.

August 21, 2019 - Stewed apples, cider, yeasty nose. Smells like a Chenin Blanc with wet wool character. Biting acidity set against a rich body with just a touch of residual sugar (perhaps). Bitter lemon notes, amazing length on the palate. A monster Chardonnay which hides its hot vintage well (14.5%). A class act!

August 19, 2019 - Pnp and followed days while covered under argon gaz. The structure is predominant even in the "rich" 2015 vintage : souvereign acidity, coffea bitterness, chalk powder and light indian spices. Long after taste.
Ganevat's Montceau is more refined, less reducted, showing spring fruits. Neverless it is excellent, young, and the style is exactly what you expect from a Jura Chardonnay "ouillé". Almost a savagnin for me.
